Women’s soccer player Paris Axam was also recognized for her performance this season at the U SPORTS Women’s Soccer Championship banquet in Hamilton, Ontario on Wednesday.

A fourth-year arts and social sciences student, Paris started every game for the Tigers this season. The Ottawa, Ontario native led the Tigers in points recording five goals and adding six assists. She was named PepsiCo athlete of the week and an East Coast Lifestyle AUS Athlete of the week as well as an AUS first team all-star.
