Second-year guard Giovanni Ajiamah is this week’s male PepsiCo Athlete of the Week.
Giovanni locked down the Tigers defence on Friday, helping the team to a 74-71 win over the SMU Huskies. On Saturday he recorded a career-high 18 points and added four rebounds in the Tigers 74-66 win over the UNB REDS.
A science student, Giovanni hails from Winnipeg, Manitoba.
