Emilie Schofield, Swimming
Fifth year kinesiology student Emilie Schofield was a standout performer for the Tigers women’s swim team as she wrapped up competition at the USPORTS Swimming Championships in Markham, ON. Emilie led the Tigers and the AUS conference with an impressive 41 points and was a member of all three scoring relays for the team.
Individually, Emilie placed 8th in the 400m IM A Final with a lifetime best performance. She also earned B Final appearances in both the 200m IM and the 800m freestyle.
The Tigers women’s swim team finished 13th overall at the national championships, with Emilie playing a key role in the team’s success.
