This is Kris’ first season with the women’s basketball team. A former varsity swimmer at UNB, he has extensive experience in the fitness and strength field. He owns his own fitness business in Halifax’s North End called PUSH Fitness. Over the past 12 years, Kris has worked extensively with Dalhousie Athletics as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for several teams, compiling 29 AUS championships during that time: men’s swimming (12), women’s swimming (12), women’s volleyball (4), and men’s basketball (1). In addition to his work with Dalhousie Athletics, Kris has worked with athletes at the national level in soccer, swimming, track and field and hockey.
