This is Kris’ eighth season as an assistant coach and 13th as the strength and conditioning coach. He was a varsity swimmer at UNB and has extensive experience in the fitness and strength field, specifically as it pertains to swimming. He owns his own fitness business in Halifax’s North End called PUSH Fitness. Over the past ten years, Kris has worked extensively with Dalhousie Athletics as the head strength and conditioning coach for several teams, compiling 24 AUS championships during that time: men’s swimming (13), women’s swimming (13), women’s volleyball (4), men’s basketball (2) and women’s basketball (1). In addition to his work with Dalhousie Athletics, Kris has worked with athletes at the national level in soccer, swimming, track and field and hockey.
